Additional clarifications
On-site architectural measurement
If the client is unable to provide accurate dimensions through measurement or drawings, we will conduct an architectural measurement on-site, which will be included in the individual offer for "Online" package.
Working drawings
Working drawings include plans for surveying, reconstruction, functional distribution, flooring, furnishings, layouts and furniture plans for an individual project, including bills of quantities.
Technical documentation
The technical documentation includes working drawings + color plans for furniture according to an individual project and layouts, electrical installations and lighting, plumbing, HVAC, soffits and bills of quantities.

When choosing a Premium package, we connect with proven professionals who are ready to turn your project into a total dream.
Author supervision
In the individual offer, we include an optimal number of site visits. If you need additional ones, you will be notified of their cost. For projects outside Sofia City, transport costs are charged.
Project management
Project management is an additional service. It includes complete control over orders, suppliers, subcontractors and installation activities. The service also includes interior decoration.

Package prices
The prices are basic and serve as a guide. Each project is considered individually upon inquiry and an accurate offer is given, tailored to the client's requirements.
Minimum square footage for residential interior
The minimum square footage for preparing an interior project is 30 sq.m. If the design square footage is smaller than specified, the project will be offered based on the minimum area.
Public interiors
For public projects, a corporate offer is prepared according to the requirements specified with the client.
Revisions
The packages include an optimal number of revisions, according to the individual needs of the client.
VAT
Prices are NOT subject to additional VAT.

What is an introductory meeting?
The introductory meeting is the initial step in crafting your ideal interior. This complimentary session can be conducted either by phone or in person. During the discussion, we focus on identifying key challenges within your interior space and exploring functional solutions. Additionally, we will introduce interior design styles tailored to your aesthetic preferences.
Will I receive an individual offer, according to the specifics of my needs?
- Yes, you will receive a personalized offer that will be prepared based on your wishes and requirements. Our goal is to offer a solution that fully meets your needs and budget.
What furniture do you use? Can I afford it?
- The interior furnishings are fully tailored to your budget. We take into account your preferences for products from specific furniture manufacturers and, after agreeing with you, we model custom-made furniture for your interior.
Can I receive only a conceptual design, without implementation?
- You can receive a conceptual design including a functional layout and high-quality, detailed 3D visualizations. If you wish, we can include a list of the furniture with accompanying information so that you can purchase your furniture at a time convenient for you.
Will I be informed about the work process?
- Absolutely! You will be actively involved at every stage of the process. You will have the opportunity to choose between different options and participate in decision-making. We will provide you with 3D preliminary visualizations and advice to ensure the final result is exactly what you expect.
How long does it take to complete an interior project?
- The implementation time depends on the complexity and scale of the project, as well as on the availability of the necessary materials and furniture. Typically, the process can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. After the initial consultation, we will provide you with a detailed schedule with expected timelines.
